Homebuyer Tax Credit

Homebuyer Tax Credit.-The new bill provides for an $8,000 tax credit that would be available to first-time home buyers for the purchase of a principal residence or a $6,500 tax credit for existing homeowenrs.  The credit does not require repayment. (see below for more information)
